Moisturizing Lipstick

I imagined this was going to be like a creamy, moisturizing, lip stick. However, it is more of a tinted lip balm. It gives a subtle but bright color and is extremely moisturizing.The color is somewhat transparent so it shows your natural lip color but enhances it with the tint of the lip balm. Because of this, the bright brink color is not nearly as vibrant as I expected but it still gives my lips a lovely bright pink color.This lip balm has a slight flavor that is neither particularly good or bad. It not sweet, just slightly florally but not overwhelmingly.I am very happy with this product because many times lip colors can be too drying for my lips but this does a fantastic drop at moisturizing and my lips felt smooth and plump all day.

I think calling this a lipstick is a bad choice, it doesn't have the staying power nor the precision and lack of smudging of an actual lipstick. I wish the tip of the bullet wasn't flat to allow some sort of precision since it's pigmented enough to be noticeable when you go outside of the line. I always have an urge to bust out a lip brush for this product, but it would be pointless since it sticks around so shortly - I don't think this product leaves much of a stain on the lips at all once worn off.Otherwise, I think the color I received was accurate to the photos. This product also has a pretty noticeable artificial vanilla scent, but it thankfully disappears almost immediately once applied.

The shade was a little light on me and my preferences but I thought I'd still try it out. My lips don't seem any bit sunburnt after being in the sun for hours and they're definitely moisturized. Just like any other lipstick keep it in a cool place or else it will melt everywhere! I think it has a really sleek and classic design so I'll definitely use it again.
