16-pan Palette

The eyeshadow palette has such pretty colors. They are a variety of taupe shades that have a shimmer and silky smooth texture, the powder glides on easily and is easy to smooth and blend. The case is cute and clear so I can see all the colors at one time and the light and dark taupe colors all mix and match easily and fairly well together. I would recommend highly, these are colors that go well with a lot of skin tones. I have a fair complexation with pink undertones and the colors match perfect. Thank you!

This little palette surprised me. The shimmer and satin finishes felt silky and soft under my fingertip and showed up really nicely on my lids with just a bit of primer to help things stay put. I’m not usually drawn to cool-toned blues and greys, but these shades actually worked really well together and were easy to blend without fighting me the whole time. Nothing weird-smelling or chalky, either, which I always appreciate.The compact itself is light and fits into small bags easily, and I like being able to see all the shades at once through the clear top. For me, the wear time was decent once I layered a primer and some setting spray, though it didn’t have the strongest grip on its own. Still, for something that gives me a smooth, icy look with minimal effort, it’s earned its spot in my rotation.

While I like the colors of the eye shadow palette, I did not find the eye shadows to be highly pigmented. I found the darkest eye shadows not true to color once applied to my eyelid. I also had little to no success building up the eye shadow. If I wanted a very subtle daytime look, it worked. And it did stay on all day (I always use a primer). I was hopeful that this eye shadow palette could go from day to night but I found that was not the case.
