3-Pan Palette

I have a medium skin tone and really like this palette. It has light delicate colors that are really just a hint of color on me. I don’t like very obvious makeup so this is perfect for me.

I’m pleased with both the compact and the contents— it has a nice big mirror, bigger than I’m used to in a blush compact. The surface of the powders has a wavy texture to them that make them seem extra fancy, and it goes on very smoothly. All three of my colors are sheer and light and very natural, even on my winter-pale skin. I used my finger to dab some of the medium pink on my brow bone and it’s just a sheer wash of color, and about the same texture as my MAC studio fix powder (very long term favorite of mine.) All in all, I like it a lot, but the pink color way might not work well for anyone with more highly pigmented skin. I’m not sure it will show up on me in summer. But for now it’s great!

I don't like a dramatic really made up look. This blush set has the really natural look I prefer. I'm older and this highlights the good and doesn't bring too much attention to the things like those horrid little lines that I want to hide. It doesn't cake up and settle there it just stays nice and even and lasts the day. I still am up in the air about the color I chose there were two choices between what they call Sunset Orange and Wonderland Pink. I got the Sunset Orange because the other looked to pinky to me in the listing pictures. I have kind of yellowish undertones in my skin and I thought the pink might look odd. I'm happy with the colors I have but I would like to try the other as well.
